The Coffee

No story about coffee can start without talking of Kaldi the Ethiopian goatherd who found his goats excited and animated after eating coffee prompting his curiosity to try the bean himself and to soon inform the local Tewahedo monks of the productive energy it imbued after consumption.

This began a long love affair between  Homo Sapiens  our fellow earth traveller the coffee plant.
